S&P Global is seeking a JD/LLM-credentialed attorney to serve as a senior legal advisor for S&P Dow Jones Indices. You will help shape DeFi and blockchain initiatives through licensing, data, and product collaborations, reporting to the Associate General Counsel and Managing Director for the Americas.
You will draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, collaborate with product, technology, and commercial leaders, and ensure policy compliance while supporting business growth and risk
