A leading healthcare facility located in Shiprock, NM, dedicated to providing exceptional care to women of all ages is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on a 26-week contract basis. Their Women's Health department focuses on delivering comprehensive services tailored to meet the unique needs of women across their lifespan.

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and evidence-based nursing care to women across the lifespan, including prenatal, postpartum, and gynecological care.
Perform assessments, screenings, and examinations to identify health needs and risks specific to women's health.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Educate patients on various aspects of women's health, including prenatal care, family planning, and preventive screenings.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the Federal Health Charting System.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of New Mexico
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in women's health nursing
Proficiency in Federal Health Charting System preferred
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
