Requirements:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license
- Experience with pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients
- Familiarity with occupational therapy modalities and treatment plans
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients to direct individualized plans of care based on identified needs.
- Administer treatments and occupational agents as prescribed by a physician.
- Monitor and document patient progress, discussing any necessary plan adjustments with the physician.
- Collaborate with patients and their families to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the therapy department, adhering to documentation standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training for professional development.
