What You'll Do
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be the face of CFS to our clients. You will sell our staffing and recruiting services by:
- Developing and growing new business accounts
- Building lasting relationships with clients across industries
- Managing the full sales cycle-from prospecting to account management
- Connecting via phone, email, video, and in-person meetings
- Delivering win-win solutions that drive success for clients and candidates
Who You Are

- 2+ years of proven sales success
- A passion for selling and relationship-building
- Strong communication skills, confident communicating across all levels
- A self-starter mindset with a competitive edge
- A great sense of humor and team spirit
What You Get
- Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission. The average employee in the company makes $65,000-100,000 in Y1, $70,000-100,000+ in Y2.
