Key Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Illinois is required

Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to a diverse caseload of K-12 students, addressing mobility, motor skills, and functional independence
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans and goals
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for both direct and indirect therapy time
• Participate in IEP meetings, case consultations, and collaborative planning to support students' success
• Offer ongoing education to school staff and parents regarding best practices in physical development and adaptive strategies
