CoWorx Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join a growing team in Foothill Ranch, CA. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to borrowers and dealer partners, helping resolve account inquiries, investigate concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the loan process. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by handling borrower inquiries and loan-related claims.
• Manage a high-volume call environment, handling 100+ inbound and outbound calls daily.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Work directly with dealer partners to resolve issues and obtain required information.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Identify and escalate suspicious or potentially fraudulent loan applications.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Develop expertise in loan products, policies, and processes.
• Review financial documents submitted by borrowers.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives for customer service processes.
• Adapt to changing policies and procedures while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customer service goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience required, preferably in a financial services environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Working knowledge of loan structures, payment schedules, interest rates, and amortization concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Loan Management Systems (LMS).
• Understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work onsite in Foothill Ranch, CA.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment. Experience within the Powersports Finance Industry (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, PWCs). FinTech industry experience. Advanced education or professional certifications.
