We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.Responsibilities:Oversee the agency daily operations.Refine and implement customer service policies and procedures.Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues.Using State Farm's wide range of products and services to fill the needs of our customers.Work with the Agent in training and mentoring existing and new team members.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in operations or office management, with 2+ years in a managerial role.Leadership and organizational skills.Compassion and empathy.Communication and problem-solving abilities.CA Property & Casualty and Life/Health License Required.Our agency opened in July 2014 and currently has two team members who play an essential role in helping our customers protect what matters most. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a bar manager and bartender—an experience that taught me the value of strong communication, multitasking, and building genuine connections with people. My wife, who worked as a team member in a State Farm agency, encouraged me to take the leap into agency ownership, and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. I'm a graduate of Chapman University, a husband, and a proud father of four.
