Engage with customers via email, chat, and phone to build relationships and trust. Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and test drive vehicles. Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory, including features and benefits of each model. Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate and excellent customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate online and in-person sales efforts. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident. Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
