What You’ll Do: As the main point of contact for our clients from intake to resolution, you will: Deliver world‑class service: provide proactive, empathetic updates so clients always know where their case stands. Drive the details: gather medical records, organize case files, track critical deadlines, and support our attorneys. Remove the hassle: manage the logistics with insurance adjusters and providers to take the stress off the client’s plate. Who You’re Looking For: We can teach you the legal terminology, but we can’t teach you how to care. We welcome either experienced personal injury case managers or hospitality professionals who possess: Deep empathy: a genuine desire to guide neighbors through vulnerable, stressful times. Sharp organization: an obsession with detail; you manage moving pieces seamlessly without dropping the ball. Flawless communication: a warm, professional demeanor on the phone and in person.
