Qualifications One of the following Bachelor's degree + 2 years outside sales experience (medical device, B2B, or healthcare preferred) Candidates without a bachelor's degree must have 6+ years of outside sales experience (medical device, B2B, or healthcare preferred) Currently employed as a CONMED Associate Sales Representative Required Ability to travel 20% Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile Preferred Medical device or surgical sales experience Experience in operating room environments Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, or clinical workflows Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills Ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑pressure clinical environments Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty Compensation This opportunity includes an established territory with existing disposable product utilization and revenue‑generating accounts, allowing representatives to step into a business with an active customer base while pursuing additional growth opportunities. This is a W-2 employee position and includes eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare and other company‑sponsored programs. Compensation Disclosure: As required by applicable state law, this position is compensated through an uncapped commission plan. Representatives earn commission from day one, with earnings directly tied to territory growth and individual sales performance. On-Target Earnings (OTE): $220-$260K (based on achievement of expected performance goals).
