As a Receptionist, you'll ensure every patient feels valued from the moment they arrive, functioning as the welcoming face of our healthcare facility. Working onsite, you will report to Anita Williams, Clinic/Center Administration. You'll manage front desk operations, support clinical staff, and help maintain a smooth and compassionate environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic setting and enjoys making a positive impact on others.

As a Receptionist, you'll:

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage calendars, and collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient flow.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems.
• Update patient accounts and collect copays when needed.
• Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide general information and empathy.
• Keep the reception area clean, stocked, and organized.
• Help with supply orders, inventory management, and courier coordination.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in healthcare customer service background in retail, hospitality, or call centers also considered
• Convey information and maintain a positive tone during calls
• Experience coordinating tasks, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient workflow
• Experience using MS Office tools for reporting, data analysis, and workflow optimization
• Experience improving patient care and experience
• This is a patient-facing role and part of our Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. We require TB screening upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with EMR systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

This role is considered patient-facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $38,000 - $45,800 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
