Services are tailored to meet complex medical and behavioral needs in a structured and compassionate environment.Job Summary:This role involves providing direct nursing care and supporting medication room operations. Responsibilities include administering medications in compliance with state guidelines, conducting health assessments, assisting with vaccinations and testing, and documenting care activities. The position works closely with case management and follows guidance from nursing supervisors to support resident care plans.Qualifications:Must provide two professional references from two different places of employmentCurrent and unrestricted RN license in Texas with at least 6 months of preferred nursing experience in acute care, LTC, public health, or community clinic settingsExperience with dual-diagnosis and behavioral health is a plusValid photo ID and current CPR certification (American Heart Association)Must pass urine drug screening, background check, and fingerprintingA further detailed conversation would allow us both to determine if this position would be a good fit for you.
