Remote Customer Service Team Lead

Are you a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for organization and customer satisfaction? LaSalle Network is currently working with a benefits solutions client who is seeking a Remote Customer Service Team Lead to join their growing team. This role will be a remote position!

The Remote Customer Service Team Lead will serve as a primary point of contact and leader for a team of Customer Service Representatives, ensuring that incoming calls from various clients related to healthcare benefits, life insurance benefits, disability plans, and other human resource-related services are handled efficiently and effectively.

Position Details:

Start Date: Monday, September 14th
Employment Type: Contract (2-6 months)
Location: Remote
Compensation: $23.00-$25.00/hr

Remote Customer Service Team Lead Responsibilities:

Leading and mentoring a team of Customer Service Representatives.
Educating and advising callers on their benefits, the system, and all related processes.
Processing enrollment-related transactions and taking ownership of issues through resolution.
Researching customer requests and following up with customers as needed.
Assisting with company projects and handling administrative tasks.
Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback.
Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service efficiency.
Handling escalated customer issues and providing solutions.
Other projects assigned as needed.

Remote Customer Service Team Lead Requirements:

BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience
5+ years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be conversational.
Extremely resourceful and able to problem solve.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service consistently.
