Remote Customer Service Coordinator

Providing employee support remotely, the full-time Customer Service Coordinator will manage customer tickets, communicate service issues, and utilize software tools to assist employees with inquiries and benefit changes during second shift hours. Key responsibilities: Creates, assigns, and updates customer tickets daily Communicates with customers about service issues and collaborates with internal departments for resolution Utilizes software tools to manage tasks, benefit changes, and customer inquiries Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1-4 years of customer service experience 1-4 years of experience with telephony systems Strong organizational and communication skills Basic computer skills for utilizing online resources
