If you want to make a meaningful impact while growing your career, this is the perfect job for you!Key ResponsibilitiesGuide candidates through the application, recruitment, and onboarding process with enthusiasmPost new job openings, review resumes, and coordinate interviews promptlyMaintain the Staffing Needs spreadsheet and facilitate candidate phone interviewsServe as a recruiting expert within the assigned geographical region using creative sourcing methodsFollow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth communication and process updatesPrepare Conditional Offer letters and facilitate employee orientations and onboarding sessionsProvide administrative support including uniform process management and handling termination formsRequired Skills & AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills to engage candidates and staffStrong interpersonal and customer service skills to foster a loving and supportive environmentOutstanding organizational skills with great attention to detailEffective time management to meet deadlines in a fast-paced settingProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Education & ExperienceHigh School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferredMinimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources or related recruiting rolesKnowledge of federal, state, and local employment lawsAbility to adapt positively to change in a rapidly growing environmentPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting and computer workAbility to lift up to 15 poundsLocation: NV - Las Vegas 3130 S Rainbow Blvd suite 304, Las Vegas, NV 89146, USAReady to join our enthusiastic and dynamic team?
