About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's evolution. This senior executive will be tasked with redefining and implementing a people strategy that aligns with the company's values of excellence, compassion, and purpose. The CHRO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to the shaping of enterprise strategy through workforce planning, leadership development, and fostering a culture of engagement and effectiveness. The role demands a leader who can anticipate future talent needs, strengthen leadership pipelines, and ensure that the workforce is equipped to support the company's growth, innovation, and evolving care models. The ideal candidate for the CHRO position at the company will have a proven track record in a broad range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, total rewards, employee and labor relations, and learning and organizational development. A forward-looking, data-driven approach to workforce planning is essential, as is the ability to align people strategy with clinical excellence and operational priorities.
