This is not a call-center role. Youll build real relationships, solve real problems, and become a trusted resource for our clients.

Responsibilities

What youll actually do:

Manage and support an existing book of clients (no cold calling)
Handle policy changes, billing questions, and coverage conversations
Problem-solve and advocate for clients when issues arise
Keep things organized and moving forward in a fast-paced office
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

Requirements

In-person role (Corvallis)

Must have prior insurance experience

Oregon Property & Casualty License
