Elect Katie Hobbs: Finance Associate

The Elect Katie Hobbs campaign is seeking a full-time Finance Associate to work with the campaign through the 2026 election cycle. The Finance Associate will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the fundraising team. This position will directly report to the Call Time Manager and is a unique opportunity to obtain significant experience in all aspects of political fundraising on a top-tier gubernatorial campaign.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with all members of the finance staff to execute the finance plan
• Work with the call time manager to complete donor research projects, and occasionally staff the candidate in call time
• Participate in outreach to donors and event attendees
• Work with finance staff to ensure robust collection and maintenance of confidential donor information, and exercise professional judgment and discretion in use of that information to support campaign operations
• Staff fundraising events as needed
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Detail oriented self-starter with an interest in Democratic fundraising
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of wide-ranging responsibilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once, meet key deadlines, and work in fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Access to cell phone, laptop, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation

• Roots in or connection to Arizona
• Experience working with NGP and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
