About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Operations to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's manufacturing strategy in line with business objectives and growth plans. This role demands a leader who can ensure world-class performance in safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and cost across all manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include leading continuous improvement initiatives, driving operational excellence, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support customer requirements and new product commercialization. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, be passionate about people development, and be adept at building a culture of operational excellence. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Operations position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and have at least 15 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, particularly within an FDA-regulated food manufacturing environment. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in improving safety, quality, productivity, customer service, and financial performance, as well as deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement methodologies, Six Sigma, and operational KPIs. A strong understanding of food manufacturing regulatory requirements and experience with shelf-stable food manufacturing and commercial thermal processing is highly valued. The role also demands a leader with the ability to influence executive stakeholders, drive organizational change, and build, coach, and develop high-performing operations teams.
