Capstone is seeking a Day Program Coordinator for our Adult Day Training program in Pensacola, Florida.
This is a Full Time, Monday through Friday position working directly with adults with developmental disabilities as well as to oversee the daily operations of the ADT program. Duties include: Constant/continuous supervision of students, general direct care duties and to oversee the daily activities of the students. Administrative responsibilities include: To oversee the ADT program with administrative duties as assigned, maintain attendance records, timekeeping and ensure student documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or Transcripts and one year of direct care experience. Demonstrated ability to work well with individuals that have developmental disabilities. Possess a valid Florida Driver's License, and a good driving record. Must be able to pass a background screening.
