What you’ll work on

• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair for electric, battery, and gas equipment.
• Focus on medium–large floor grinders, dust collectors, power trowels, and light compaction gear.
• Support the Technical Services group with root-cause analysis and repair documentation.
• Process customer returns to restore equipment to spec and readiness.
• Rework/modify inventory units and install updates or retrofits.
• Interface with customers, field sales, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in equipment assembly, service, and/or fabrication preferred.
• Advanced technical education/training is advantageous.
• Comfort with PCs for diagnostics and service records.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Fluent reading of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic drawings/schematics.
• Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and cross- functional/customer collaboration.

Physical requirements

• Grasp, power grip, pinch, and twist/turn with hands/body.
• Carry up to 75 lbs up, down, and overhead; push; climb up/over/under.
• Reach around/under/over/above shoulder height.
