Marketing Coordinator

Description Spaceco is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support companywide communication and marketing efforts. This entry-level to early-career position is structured to build professional marketing skills through hands-on experience, digital communications, website management, managing collateral branding, assisting in proposal efforts, and assisting in business development efforts. You will work alongside company leadership to enhance client and employee engagement and contribute to the firm’s continued growth. What You’ll Do Manage and produce content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Social media creation and management, email communications, ensuring brand consistency. Assist in website maintenance, digital marketing objectives, and support in search engine optimization. Planning support for company events, community outreach activities, and employee engagement. Track marketing efforts and communicate updates to company leadership. Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing, business development, and other marketing efforts. Contribute to proposal creation by structuring content and formatting documents. Review marketing materials for consistency, quality, and clarity which comply with company brand standards. Perform other administrative and business development responsibilities to meet organizational objectives. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or the equivalent. 0–5 years of marketing or related experience. Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms and content creation and management. Creation of marketing materials using presentation and graphic design software (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools). Proficiency in social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects in a deadline‑driven environment. High attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Helpful Backgrounds (Not Required) Marketing Internship or related experience Knowledge of Engineering/Architectural professional services or the construction industry Why Join Spaceco?
