Job Summary The Staff Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of Englewood Hospital and Medical Center. Creating an environment that leads to a positive patient care experience by evaluating, planning and implementing effective plans of care and communicating with both patients and their families Serving as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care in an acute or clinic setting Making sound decisions in response to changes in condition or response to treatment while maintaining a calm demeanor Utilizing the Electronic Health Record to document patient care Effectively coordinating with physicians and team members regarding changes in patient status, symptomatology, results of diagnostic tests and critical test values Department: Endoscopy Location: Englewood, NJ Status: Full Time Shift: Days Hours: 8:45 am‑5:15 pm Staggered Starts; on‑call required Job Essentials A minimum of 2 years of Endoscopy experience required. Education Requirements BSN required. License/Certification/Registry Current NJ RN License, BLS and ACLS required. CGRN or other specialty certification preferred. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and skills. The minimum rate does not include bonuses, incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
