Tom Birks Allstate is seeking a Licensed Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing agency in Pocono Summit, PA. We're looking for someone who is fluent in English and Spanish , enjoys working with people, and is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Candidates with previous insurance agency experience are preferred, but if you're licensed, motivated, and eager to continue growing your insurance career, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
As a Licensed Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be a trusted resource for our clients, helping them understand their coverage and providing prompt, professional service throughout the life of their policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in both English and Spanish by phone, email, and in person.
• Answer questions regarding policies, billing, claims, renewals, and coverage options.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and other account updates accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend additional products when appropriate.
• Build long-term relationships by providing responsive, personalized customer service.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and strengthen client retention.
• Maintain accurate customer records using agency management systems.
• Work closely with the agency team to deliver a seamless customer experience and support agency goals.
• Stay current on insurance products, carrier guidelines, and agency procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
• Previous insurance agency experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and active listening abilities.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using agency management systems and other technology.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to continue learning.
• Team-oriented with a genuine passion for helping customers.
