Together, we’re shaping the future of food — one plate, one person, and One Fine Family at a timeJob Title: Maintenance CoordinatorPosition SummaryThe Maintenance Coordinator supports the daily operations of the maintenance department by coordinating work orders, scheduling activities, managing parts inventory, and facilitating communication between maintenance, operations, and external vendors. This role ensures maintenance activities are organized, properly documented, and executed efficiently to support overall production uptime.Work Order & Maintenance CoordinationCoordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities to support efficient operations and minimize disruptionMaintain and update work orders in the maintenance management system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely closurePartner with maintenance and operations teams to prioritize work orders and ensure timely executionSupport troubleshooting efforts by coordinating communication, materials, and work order documentationInventory & Parts ManagementManage maintenance inventory, including ordering parts, tracking usage, and maintaining appropriate stock levelsEnsure all required parts, materials, and resources are available for scheduled maintenance activitiesMaintain organization and accuracy of parts room and storage areasTrack and document part usage within the systemVendor Coordination & SupportServe as point of contact for external vendors for maintenance-related servicesObtain quotes, coordinate scheduling, and support vendor access as neededEnsure vendor work is aligned with business needs and scheduled appropriatelyMaintain vendor documentation and service recordsDocumentation & ComplianceMaintain organized and accurate maintenance records, including work orders, inventory records, and vendor documentationEnsure all maintenance activities are properly documented and closed out in the systemSupport compliance with company safety standards, maintenance procedures, and documentation requirementsAssist with preparation of reports and documentation as requestedCommunication & Team SupportFacilitate communication between maintenance, operations, and support teams to ensure alignment on prioritiesTranslate and communicate technical instructions and safety procedures to ensure clarity across teams (as applicable)Support a positive and collaborative work environment through effective communication and responsivenessQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredExperience in maintenance support, coordination, inventory control, or related role preferredStrong organizational and data entry skillsExperience with CMMS or similar systems preferredMechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and equipmentStrong communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferredCompletion of drug and backgroundHolly Poultry, Inc. and its subsidiaries are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
