Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Onsite Recruiter to join our team and drive talent acquisition efforts at our Fort Worth location. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead full-cycle recruiting processes, engage with diverse candidate pools, and build strong relationships with hiring managers. Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for various roles within the organization.
• Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), talent management software, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and other HR systems such as UltiPro and Kenexa BrassRing.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide consultative support on talent management and succession planning.
• Conduct external recruiting efforts through campus recruitment events, job fairs, cold calling, and research to identify top talent.
• Lead high-volume recruitment initiatives while maintaining compliance with employment law in talent management and HR legal standards.
• Negotiate offers with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience while aligning with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, candidate evaluations, employee orientation sessions, and employee relations documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or high-volume recruitment environments.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with diverse candidate pools.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• Familiarity with talent management software such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, ATS platforms, HR systems, and social media marketing (recruitment).
• Knowledge of employment & labor law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in research, lead generation, employee orientation, employee evaluation, employee relations, training & development, and succession planning is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships through relationship management techniques and cold calling strategies.
