Position Title: Elections Support Specialist (QA)
Location: Miami, FL 33172
Duration: 5 months
Work Schedule: 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM | Overtime if needed
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- We are seeking a reliable and extremely detail-oriented Quality Assurance Temporary Worker to support election operations.
- The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment, demonstrate strong multitasking abilities, and maintain a high level of accuracy when handling sensitive materials.
- Responsibilities include performing quality assurance on official election ballots, verifying supplies required for polling locations throughout Miami-Dade County, and ensuring all equipment used for both Early Voting and Election Day are properly inspected and ready for use.
- Candidates must be comfortable using scanners and have a flexible schedule, including availability of overtime when needed.
- Must be detail oriented, performing quality assurance on Official Election Ballots, verifying supplies required for Polling locations throughout Miami Dade county. Ensure all equipment used for Early voting and Election Day are properly Inspected and ready for use.
- Must be comfortable using RF scanner and have flexibility to work overtime.
- Must have clean driving record and valid driver license.
