Maintenance Tech Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$ 27.00 to $ 34.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Second Shift (Monday through Thursday)

Perform preventive maintenance and repair CNC and automated production equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical issues
Install, modify, and improve machinery to support production efficiency
Use hand tools and blueprints to identify and resolve equipment breakdowns
Work with advanced equipment like plasma tables, drill lines, and robotic welders; PLC knowledge a plus

Maintenance Tech Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred
Experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC or automated manufacturing equipment
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools for diagnostics and repairs
Basic PLC knowledge preferred; strong safety awareness and reliable attendance required
