Property Accountant - Real Estate FP&A & Audit

Evergreen Real Estate Services in Chicago is seeking a Property Accountant to manage financial accounting and reports for various properties. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, conducting analysis, and coordinating with auditors. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 4-5 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.
