I opened my State Farm agency in 2001 and currently lead a dedicated team of seven professionals who take pride in helping our community protect what matters most. Over the years, we’ve built a strong reputation for providing exceptional service and maintaining a positive, growth-oriented work environment. I believe in creating balance — working hard to achieve our goals while also having fun along the way. My team enjoys celebrating wins, supporting each other, and maintaining a relaxed yet productive atmosphere. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Darin Tsukashima - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
