Accounts Receivable Coordinator

AR Coordinator$50-57kDuties and ResponsibilitiesMonitor the daily deposits of wire transfers, credit card payments, checks received etc.Reconcile outstanding checks dailyMonitor monthly aging report to track any past due accounts and research any discrepanciesCollection calls on past-due accountsPost receipts to open A/R accountsManually run credit cards through for paymentProcess credits through receivables and mail credits to customersPreferred SkillsRequires 3+ years experience in A/RPrevious credit and collections experience preferredGood understanding of computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.)Ability to interact with various department personnelGood teamwork and solid organizational and communication skillsStrong work ethic and a desire for excellence
