As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you'll help ensure customer accounts remain accurate and up to date. The ideal Accounts Receivable Coordinator enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and helping keep financial operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer billing and payments
- Review account balances
- Resolve billing discrepancies
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices
- Support month-end activities
Qualifications:
- Accounts Receivable experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Customer service mindset
