Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care through evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. The candidate will collaborate with healthcare teams to promote recovery and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  Evaluate patients needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

  Implement therapeutic techniques to enhance mobility, strength, and function.

  Document patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly.

  Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.

  Maintain compliance with licensing and facility policies.

  Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active and valid license for Physical Therapy.

  Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred.

  Demonstrate proficiency in therapeutic assessment and intervention.

  Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
