If you enjoy precision work and hitting team targets, this role puts you at the center of assembling and testing valves and hydraulic cylinders that ship to customers every week.

Why this role

• Stable schedule, four days a week (Monday–Thursday)
• $19.50/hour with potential for long-term hire
• Choose the rhythm that fits: 6:00 am–4:30 pm (first) or 7:30 pm–6:00 am (third)
• Start strong with 2–4 weeks of first-shift training if needed

What you’ll tackle

• Use mechanical drawings to guide each build step
• Assemble and test valves, hydraulic cylinders, and related products
• Inspect outcomes, package parts, and record results to meet quality and delivery targets
• Adapt quickly across multiple tasks while supporting daily/weekly production goals
• Partner with peers and supervisors; operate independently with limited oversight when appropriate

What makes you a great fit

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Confident blueprint reading skills (required)
• Able to assemble and test company products—valves, hydraulic cylinders, and more (required)
• Clear written and spoken communication (required)
• Can safely lift up to 55 lbs (required)
• 6+ months in an industrial setting (preferred)
• Hands-on experience inspecting and packaging hydraulic cylinders/valves (preferred)
