Overseeing financials coming in from third party property managers Reviewing JV partner reporting Working directly with asset management on performance Producing consolidated GAAP reporting across a complex multi-entity structure. Layering in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analytics on top of that What you are walking into: Portfolio of roughly 6 assets with full ownership of the financials JV accounting, investor reporting, lender compliance, and asset management collaboration Ground up development exposure A sharp, tenured team — over 60% have been there over 10 years Direct exposure to senior leadership with real visibility into how institutional real estate decisions get made Backed by a multi billion global institution with the feel of small tight knit team The package: Base $100K - $125K 20% discretionary bonus 100% employer paid medical, dental, and vision for you and your family Monday through Thursday in Midtown, Friday from home Flexible start time, 8:30 to 10am If you have spent time in real estate audit or private real estate accounting, this is the role where those skills stop being theoretical and start being yours to own.
