Real Estate Senior Accountant

Vaco is assisting a publicly traded Real Estate Investment and Development firm to find a Senior Accountant with prior asset management accounting, financial reporting and forecasting skills, and an understanding of or exposure to property accounting to join their mid-town NYC based team and support their US operations. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for daily accounting functions, including maintaining the company's financial records, producing financial statements and forecast documents, conducting financial and variance analyses, and providing accounting support to the asset management department and property managers.
