Job Details Job Location: Porter Ranch, CA 91326 Salary Range: $25.00 - $26.00 Hourly Qualifications Shepherd Church is seeking a passionate, service-minded Cafe Manager to lead the daily operations of Pillars Cafe. As the Pillars Cafe Manager, you will provide both strategic leadership and hands-on support, overseeing daily café and bookstore operations, leading staff, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and ensuring operational excellence. Qualifications: 2 or more years of experience in café, coffee shop, restaurant, or food service management. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods while performing daily café operations. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and special church events as needed. Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems (Toast) inventory management software, and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Strong commitment to exceptional hospitality and customer service, creating a welcoming environment for every guest. Proven ability to manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, ordering, budgeting, and cash handling Position Non-Exempt, Full-Time position Flexible schedule is required Tuesday through Sunday with one additional day off during the week; weekdays are mostly 7am-3:30pm with extended evening hours to come. #J-18808-Ljbffr Shepherd Church
