Job Title: HVAC Installer Job Description

Join our team as an HVAC Installer, where you'll be responsible for duct installation across various projects in the area. This role involves setting up and installing HVAC and Hot Water units, with work hours typically from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, though they may vary depending on the project demands. Some weeks may require working four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days.

Responsibilities

• Perform duct installation for various construction projects.

• Set up and install HVAC units and Hot Water units.

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.

• Ensure strong installation and setup experience.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure project success.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with duct installation.

• Proficiency in sheet metal, HVAC, and duct work.

• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.

• EPA Universal Certification.

• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting for HVAC and Hot Water systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC at a JM level.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with electrical software devices such as Simpro.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roanoke, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
