START ASAP | MONDAY–THURSDAY, 9:30am–4pm | NOVEMBER–DECEMBER 2026 | $25/hr

TSS is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Temporary Office Coordinator for a mission-driven nonprofit in Manhattan.

\n

\n

We're moving quickly on this search! We're particularly interested in candidates who are available to start immediately, can work onsite Monday through Thursday, and can commit to the full assignment through the end of December, including the holiday season.

\n

\n

This is a part-time position, approximately 24 hours per week , supporting a busy NYC office with reception, administrative tasks, scheduling, meeting logistics, and general office coordination.

\n

\n

This role is a TEMPORARY position through TSS. You would be employed and paid by our company and working directly with our client. Read more about this role and apply via our website.

What You'll Be Doing

\n

\n
• Greeting visitors and providing reception and office coverage
\n
• Scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars
\n
• Assisting with onsite meetings, events, catering, and logistics
\n
• Ordering supplies and keeping shared office spaces organized
\n
• Processing mail, scanning documents, and handling general administrative tasks
\n
• Supporting the Office Manager and pitching in wherever needed
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• Previous office coordination, administrative, or reception experience
\n
• A friendly, professional, and dependable approach
\n
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
\n
• Comfort working independently and handling a variety of tasks
\n
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Outlook, Zoom, or similar tools
\n
• Availability to start ASAP and work the full Monday–Thursday onsite schedule through December, without extended time off during the assignment

Assignment Details

Pay: $25/hr

\n

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:30am–4pm, approximately 24 hours/week

\n

Location: Fully onsite in Manhattan

\n

Start: ASAP

\n

Duration: Through at least December 2026
