This full-time role will allow you to provide essential mental health services to clients in a flexible, virtual setting. Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy from the comfort of your home while still being a pivotal member of our dynamic team. You will have the flexibility to develop your schedule, working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients throughout New Jersey.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and challenges, followed by the development of personalized and effective treatment plans.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care to address various mental health issues.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, guiding clients to necessary community resources or higher levels of care when needed.
\n
• Maintain meticulous, HIPAA-compliant documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in our electronic health records system.
\n
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations and coordinated care efforts.
\n
• Participate in continuing education, supervisory sessions, and team meetings to enhance professional development and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work with a diverse client population, including individuals coping with mental health disorders, substance use issues, and emotional distress. Our clientele often includes underrepresented groups, and sensitivity to cultural backgrounds and personal experiences is essential in providing comprehensive support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in New Jersey is required.

• Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and electronic documentation tools.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy and clarity during virtual sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
