Job Details:

• Location: Pagosa Springs, Colorado
• Position: RN: Clinic Traveler (2 Openings)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10-hour day shifts (40 hours/week)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks with extension options available
• Start Date: 07/06/2026
• EMR: Cerner (Required)
• Required Qualifications: Current Colorado RN license or active compact RN license in good standing; AHA BLS certification; minimum two (2) years of recent clinical nursing experience; Cerner EMR experience required; strong assessment, triage, patient education, and care coordination skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous Rural Health Clinic, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care experience; immunizations, medication administration, and nursing triage experience; CLIA-waived laboratory testing experience; experience supporting quality initiatives and patient engagement.
