About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth to play a pivotal role in expanding its market presence and brand recognition. The successful candidate will be responsible for making the company a household name among CX leaders, with a focus on brand marketing, product marketing, channel building, and new-market development. This is a hands-on, builder's role that requires a strategic approach to diversifying channels, opening new verticals, and working closely with the CEO to define the company's market position. The Head of Growth will be expected to own the company's narrative, engage with customers and the market, and drive the growth strategy with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset. Applicants for the Head of Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in B2B SaaS growth, product marketing, brand, or category creation. The role demands a candidate who is adept at both brand and demand generation, with a proven track record of changing market perception and creating a qualified pipeline. The ideal candidate will have experience in opening new markets and be comfortable with a range of marketing channels, including PPC, AEO, content, events, and partnerships. A deep understanding of the customer, the ability to work directly with a founder, and a proactive approach to using AI for research and analysis are also key requirements. While experience in ecommerce, DTC, CX, or enterprise AI is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The role is not suited to those who rely solely on managing large teams or agencies, or who do not actively engage in customer and sales interactions.
