About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing for Prediction Markets to spearhead the design and execution of a comprehensive growth engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for turning fans into active traders, driving liquidity, and shaping the go-to-market strategy. This role demands a fast-paced, data-driven approach, with a focus on creating retention loops and crafting clear, compliant messaging. The Head of Growth Marketing will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional partners to build a trader community, manage a multi-channel budget, and ensure strong product alignment. A key aspect of the role is the ability to launch campaigns in real-time, particularly during significant sports events, and to educate users on the benefits of trading contracts. Applicants should have 5-8+ years' of experience in growth marketing, with a background in sports betting, DFS, crypto/Web3, or sports media. A trader mindset, mastery of paid and organic policy in regulated environments, and strong knowledge of the sports calendar are essential. The role requires a data-driven, hands-on individual who can set up attribution, run SQL queries, and optimize creatives. Experience in leading teams and a preference for a Master's degree in a relevant field, along with a proven track record of user growth from zero to one, are also key qualifications. The Head of Growth Marketing will be at the forefront of a new kind of exchange, with the opportunity to explore expansion into non-sports markets as the business grows.
