Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate education for patients, families, and team members.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegate appropriately and coordinate the healthcare team's duties.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- At least two years of recent nursing experience preferred.
- Experience with EPIC is a must!
