Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of custom brand tracking surveys to a continuous daily tracking model, enhancing the speed and relevance of insights.
• Collaborate closely with external vendors and internal engineering teams to design and implement robust data onboarding work plans.
• Perform essential statistical analysis, including statistical testing and diff-in-diff analysis, to uncover critical trends and significant differences in results.
• Draft comprehensive research reports that translate intricate survey data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights for leadership.
• Provide crucial support for ad hoc requests related to brand performance and marketing measurement, responding to immediate business needs.
• Manage ongoing survey tracking processes, ensuring the highest standards of data reliability, usability, and trendability.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand tracker management, with demonstrated expertise across multiple countries.
• Proven experience in vendor management, successfully collaborating with external partners.
• Strong track record in authoring impactful research reports.
• Experience in product management, contributing to the lifecycle and strategy of offerings.
• Basic understanding of statistics, including correlations and statistical testing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Extensive experience conducting research across diverse international markets.
• Advanced understanding of statistics, including regression or modeling techniques.
• Experience with similar reporting platforms for data visualization and analysis.
