Are you a Playmaker?The Bigger Team You'll JoinThe work you'll doSupport the day-to-day strategic planning, program development/execution, and measurement for our client's various club team partnershipsSupport the development of strategic plans, activation recommendations, finance trackers, budgets, and competitive documents, and support the development of clients' scopes of workContributing member to a fully integrated team, dedicated to the development of our client's FIFA program (including implementation/evolution of management routines across multiple constituencies including clients, internal agency teammates, cross-agency partners, property partners, and vendors)Work closely with our Experiences team to develop/activate programs in support of clients' goals and objectivesManage documents such as budgets, status reports, inventory tracking, and meeting agenda and notesWho We're Looking For5-7 years of work with an agency, brand, or property on the development of integrated brand campaigns, specifically within global sportsSuperior verbal and written communicator able to scale and adapt communications for a variety of audiences to optimally and succinctly articulate agency positioning and expertiseA strategic, collaborative approach to solving problems with ideas – build relationships and influence a range of teams.Track record of success at cultivating positive agency, client, vendor, and property relationshipsStrong organizational and leadership skillsStrategic problem solver - can see possible impacts of a decision on many projectsFlexibility and willingness to travel domestically (and internationally) and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel amount: (20-45%). As such, a valid US passport will be requiredThe base range for this position is $65,000 – 75,000.
