Sponsorship Operations Manager

Payrate: $25.00 - $26.00/hr. This role serves as the operational backbone of the sponsorship team by managing contracts, invoicing, payment tracking, sponsor benefits, workflow administration, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts, invoices, and payment tracking.
• Coordinate sponsor benefits and workflow administration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Procurement, Marketing, and external stakeholders.
• Support conferences, sponsorship programs, or large-scale corporate events.

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in sponsorship operations, contract administration, finance operations, project coordination, or event management.
• Hands-on experience managing contracts, invoices, payment tracking, sponsor fulfillment, and workflow coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with CRM and project management tools.
• Experience in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional corporate environment.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $25.00 - $26.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
