Front Desk Receptionist
Bethlehem Counseling Associates is hiring a part-time Front Desk Receptionist, who will play an essential role in creating a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every client. This position is responsible for guiding clients through the check-in and check-out process, scheduling appointments, responding to client emails, sending intake paperwork, answering phones for prospective and existing clients, confirming upcoming appointments, and ensuring important client information is communicated clearly to therapists.
