Locum MD (Medical Doctor) Radiology

Responsibilities Conduct imaging procedures and interpret results accurately Collaborate with referring physicians to discuss imaging findings Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with medical regulations Provide consultations regarding imaging techniques and procedures Ensure the quality of images and the safety of patients during procedures Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on advancements in radiology Assist in the development of departmental policies and protocols Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance patient care Requirements Medical degree (MD) with a specialization in Radiology Valid medical license to practice in the state of operation Experience in interpreting a variety of imaging modalities (X‑ray, MRI, CT) Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards Basic understanding of electronic medical records (EMR) systems Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 7:30a‑4:30p Setting: Onsite Case Types: 40% PF, 30% US, 20% CT, 10% MRI 6 radiologists in practice Full complement support staff EMR: Epic Dictation: Powerscribe PACS: GE/Visage Must be board-certified or board‑eligible Paid travel & expenses #J-18808-Ljbffr
