Education Nursing Diploma Nursing Required or Associate's Degree Nursing Required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred. CLIAFE. Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency. Experience 1 Year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program.
